Unauthorized Goods.
For years, agencies made me second-guess my work, as if their safe, uninspired design choices were the only way forward. These choices are made to protect job titles, not push boundaries. These choices dilute creativity and turn artists into replaceable assets.
So I stopped listening, and I built something they wouldn’t dare to approve.
This isn’t just about Hola Lou. It’s bigger than that.
This a platform for creatives across disciplines: artists, designers, engineers, architects, photographers, and makers who are tired of the industry shutting down bold ideas. Here, we take control by collaborating, by exploring each other’s fields, and by bringing to life the things they told us we couldn’t make.
Unauthorized Goods is a design-first collection where each piece exists because it wasn’t supposed to: This is where art, object design, and culture collide. Free from the constraints of agencies, corporate committees, and safe ideas. Everything here is limited edition, numbered, and made for those who move differently.
1st Drop: Basketball.
This was originally pitched to a major international brand. Diana from marketing said no.
So we made it without her.
This is just the beginning.
